Every project starts with a written proposal: the work, the timeline and a fixed price. Once you have paid in full, you own the custom work we made for you; our licensed products stay ours. Nigerian law applies.

We collect only what we need to answer you, deliver your work and take payment. We never sell personal data, and card numbers go straight to our payment provider. Ask to see, correct or delete your data at info@xoftpros.com.

Cancel before work starts and you get your money back in full. After work starts, you pay only for the work done. Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days.

The website sets only the cookies it needs to work until you choose. Visits are counted only after you press Accept. No advertising trackers.

Email info@xoftpros.com or call 0706 525 4824. We confirm your complaint at once and give you a reference, such as CMP-000231. We aim to resolve it within 24 hours, and at the latest within 48 hours. If a case is complex, we tell you in writing why we need more time. It is never more than 14 days. Not happy with our answer? Reply in the app and a senior manager looks at it again.
